CAMERA DI QUENCHING IRFI, con propria ingegneria, ha sviluppato, progettato e costruito "camere di quenching" (o"spray chamber"). Questa particolare porzione dell'impianto di aspirazione e trattamento fumi consente, da un lato, di abbattere drasticamente i valori residui di furani e diossina, dall'altro di eliminare i coolers a monte del filtro, riducendo notevolmente la lunghezza dei tratti raffreddati dell'impianto. IRFI è in grado di progettare, fornire e installare "chiavi in mano", incluso l'avviamento, camere di quenching per ogni tipo di impianto esistente. QUENCHING CHAMBER IRFI has developed the quenching chamber (spray cooling chamber) with its own design and has supplied it on turn key basis, as part of revamping of existing dedusting plants. This specific portion of the plant, has been designed on one side to dramatically reduce the residual content in furans and dioxin of the fumes, and on the other side to eliminate the coolers before the filter, providing an important reduction in the length of the water cooler ducts needed in the plant.
